Unarmed Security Officer Position, TX

Job Description

We are hiring a professional UNARMED security officer for a multifamily site in Houston, TX 77054. The duty schedule is 5 days per week (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday) from 10:00pm to 6:00am. Candidates must have a reliable vehicle and a smartphone. The position pays $14.00 per hour, with an additional $1.00 per hour for vehicle use, for a total of $15.00 per hour.

We provide dental and vision coverage for all full‑time employees.

• Perform access controls at gates.
• Active foot patrol of the premises regularly to maintain order and establish a presence.
• Monitor and authorize entrance of vehicles or people on the property.
• Secure all exits, doors, and windows after the end of operations.
• Provide assistance to people in need.
• Submit reports of daily surveillance activity and important occurrences.

• Active Non‑commissioned License and/or Level
  
  II Training Certificate.
• Previous experience in security highly preferred.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Tech‑savvy with experience in electronic report writing.
• Excellent surveillance and observation skills.
• Must have a working smartphone and a vehicle in good condition.
