Position: GIS/CAD Foreman at City

You will report to the Director of Municipal Services and play a crucial role in managing GIS, CAD, and asset information systems for utilities like water, sewer, and electrical. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain GIS systems for utilities

• Draft designs and construction standards for projects

• Manage asset records and mapping data effectively

• Support GIS alignment with work order management

• Conduct field verification and data collection

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in GIS, Engineering Technology, or Drafting

• 4+ years in GIS and CAD environments

• Working knowledge of GIS platforms (e.g., ESRI)

• Familiarity with municipal utility systems is a plus

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
