Regional Sales Manager - Lakes

Responsibilities

• Develop sales plans and coordinate marketing strategies for the sales management team within an assigned region/country-wide for a given portfolio or TA.
• Work with regional management to establish strategy and tactical approach for generating sales in support of corporate strategies and objectives.
• Manage all aspects of regional business and optimize marketing resources to drive sales results.
• Coach the sales team, providing timely feedback, direction, and guidance to ensure effective sales efforts.
• Help secure and maintain customers through high-level customer contacts.

• Bachelor degree in a scientific or business field.
• 6–8 years' pharmaceutical, biotech or healthcare industry experience with a special focus on sales and/or marketing.
• 3+ years of experience in field sales.
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and regulations.
• Demonstrated leadership/team management experience.
