Spa Sales Associate / Front Desk (Membership Sales)
Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spas - Hollywood, Sunrise - Sawgrass and Weston
$14 - $16 per hour
Typical weekly earnings: $710 - $900+ with commissions and bonuses
Full-Time / Part-Time | Bilingual Preferred
This is a sales-focused front desk role where you will help guests discover wellness services and enroll clients into our membership program.
Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Weston is looking for a friendly, energetic Spa Sales Associate who enjoys working with people, selling memberships, and helping keep the spa fully booked.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a goal-driven environment and enjoys creating a great guest experience.
Compensation
* $14 - $16 per hour base pay
* Weekly earning potential: $710 - $900+ including commissions

What You'll Do
Membership Sales (Primary Focus)
* Present and sell spa memberships during checkout
* Explain membership benefits and value confidently
* Help guests understand the benefits of regular massage and facial services
* Follow up with potential members
Fill the Schedule (No White Space)
* Call, text, and follow up with guests to book appointments
* Confirm upcoming appointments
* Reschedule cancellations quickly
* Encourage prebooking for future visits
Front Desk Guest Experience
* Greet guests and create a welcoming spa environment
* Answer phone calls and assist with reservations
* Recommend spa services and enhancements
* Support massage therapists and estheticians during busy shifts
* Maintain an organized and professional front desk
Performance Bonuses Based On

Requirements
* 1+ year experience in sales or customer service
* Comfortable recommending services and asking for the sale
* Strong communication and people skills
* Reliable attendance and punctuality
* Comfortable using booking or POS systems
Experience in spa, fitness studios, hospitality, retail, or wellness environments is strongly preferred.
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
