Data Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst who can manage, analyze, and interpret business data using Zoho applications and reporting tools. The candidate will be responsible for creating dashboards, generating reports, tracking KPIs, and providing data-driven insights to support business growth and decision-making. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, a good understanding of data management, and the ability to work with different teams to improve reporting processes and operational efficiency within the Zoho ecosystem.

Requirements

Good knowledge of Excel, SQL, and data analysis

Experience with Zoho Analytics, Zoho CRM, and reporting tools

Create and maintain dashboards, MIS reports, and business reports

Analyze business data and provide actionable insights

Monitor KPIs and generate daily/weekly/monthly reports

Maintain data accuracy and proper data management

Coordinate with different teams for reporting and analytics requirements

Basic understanding of automation and data integration in Zoho

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Ability to handle large datasets and prepare meaningful reports

Freshers with strong analytical knowledge can also apply

Experience in Zoho ecosystem will be an added advantage
