Key Responsibilities:
• Operate multi-line switchboard, managing incoming calls and messages
• Assist with client intake by scheduling and confirming appointments
• Type reports and documents using various word-processing software
• Maintain filing systems and process incoming/outgoing mail
• Arrange meetings and special functions effectively
Requirements:
• Grade 12 education with an Office Administration Certificate
• One year of recent clerical experience in an office setting
• Ability to type 45 wpm and write business correspondence
• Knowledge of general office procedures and medical terminology
• Valid BC Driver’s License may be required
