As an Assistant Community Manager, you’ll play an essential role with daily operations, primarily supporting resident services and communications. You'll manage maintenance coordination, enforce community regulations, and assist with documentation during move-ins and move-outs. Your efforts will contribute to a well-managed and harmonious living environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist daily operations including resident inquiries and issue resolution
• Communicate updates and compliance matters to residents
• Coordinate with contractors for timely maintenance services
• Conduct site inspections and report any concerns
• Help enforce community rules and regulations fairly
Requirements:
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• Two years relevant experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication skills in written and oral formats
• Familiarity with Yardi Voyager and MS Office is a plus
