TD is seeking a Customer Experience Associate for a part-time role, 15 hours weekly. The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience and strong organizational skills. Key Responsibilities:
• Process deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments
• Understand customer needs and recommend banking solutions
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and escalate when necessary

Requirements:
• High School diploma and/or 1+ years relevant experience
• Strong skills in MS Office and time management
