Position: Education Assistant in Christian Setting
Become an impactful Education Assistant within a Christian context, supporting students with various learning needs. Play a key role in emotional regulation and IEP accommodations development.

This position focuses on assisting students with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Down Syndrome, and other challenging needs. You'll work collaboratively with educators to deliver tailored support, both in-class and during pull-out sessions. Your understanding and commitment to Christian education will shape your interactions and enable a nurturing learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide effective push-in and pull-out support

• Assist in executing IEP accommodations under supervision

• Work alongside a team of fellow Education Assistants

• Help students regulate their emotions during learning

Requirements:

• Experience with diverse student populations

• Clearance via a Criminal Record Check

• Strong commitment to Christian education principles

• Ability to uphold a Pentecostal/Charismatic faith

• Must be friendly, flexible, and self-motivated
