K-12 Pastor Student Ministries

Position: Full-Time K-12 Pastor for Student Ministries
Drive spiritual growth for K-12 students at Regent Christian Academy as the Student Ministries Pastor for Horizon Church. This role focuses on fostering strong connections among students, families, and the church.

In this pivotal full-time position, you will create and oversee a clear discipleship pathway, supporting students from early childhood to graduation. Facilitating a culture of service and engagement, you will collaborate with church and school staff to ensure a holistic approach to faith formation. Your leadership will empower students to embrace ownership of their faith journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop scalable strategies for ministry impact

• Lead recruitment and training of volunteers

• Manage chapel and worship experiences

• Create systems for K-12 mentoring and groups

• Design and lead impactful service and outreach initiatives

Requirements:

• 4-5+ years in youth or next-gen church roles

• Proven leadership in building dynamic ministry teams

• Experience with discipleship or outreach programs

• Excellent communication skills with diverse groups

• Commitment to Horizon Church’s mission
