This position requires active collaboration with healthcare professionals during critical intra- and postpartum periods. You will provide targeted assessments and interventions while engaging in patient education to empower families.
Your role is crucial in ensuring informed choices and comprehensive care planning throughout the patient journey.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of mothers and newborns
• Collaborate on care plans with healthcare teams
• Deliver patient education focusing on health promotion
• Facilitate transitions in care and discharge planning
• Document nursing actions and patient responses thoroughly
Requirements:
• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing
• Active RN registration with the local nursing college
• One year of relevant perinatal experience
• NRP and Basic Rescuer (Level
C) certifications
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
