Inside Sales Representative

8:00 AM to 4:30PM – Monday to Friday

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and team-minded Inside Sales & Order Entry Representative to join our crew! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working closely with others, keeping things organized, and helping customers get what they need on time.

You’ll be part of a small, supportive team of three Inside Sales reps who rotate weekly through different order management responsibilities. You’ll also work closely with our Credits team (3 people) and our Customer Support Administrator to keep everything running smoothly.

• Enter and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently in our system.
• Handle basic sales for house accounts and support customers with product or order questions.
• Answer phones and respond to customer emails throughout the day.
• Work within a weekly rotation that covers key order entry and customer service tasks.
• Communicate regularly with our sales reps, warehouse teams, and credits department.
• Double-check order details product codes, pricing, quantities, and shipping info to make sure everything lines up.
• Help keep the order process smooth and organized for everyone involved.

• Experience in order entry, inside sales, or customer service is a plus (but we’ll train the right person).
• Strong attention to detail and good follow-through.
• Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced team setting.
• Clear communication and a positive, team-first attitude.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems.
