This role offers a platform to drive community impact while supporting your entrepreneurial initiatives.
The position seeks established or emerging Indigenous Entrepreneurs, including First Nations, Métis, and Inuit. You will collaborate with students and faculty while utilizing university resources to enhance your profile. Your tasks will include community engagement and participation in various scholarly events.
Key Responsibilities:
• Participate actively in business-related events
• Foster relationships within Indigenous communities
• Provide dual mentorship with faculty and students
• Meet routinely with the Melville leadership team
• Present a concluding reflective report of your experience
Requirements:
• Community-based experience in Indigenous settings
• Proven entrepreneurial success or development
• Eagerness to mentor and engage diverse entrepreneurs
• Commitment to event participation
• Active role in student and faculty consultancy
