As a Float ISSP Worker, you will engage youth facing significant challenges.
Your role will focus on community supervision alongside therapeutic support to help them overcome obstacles related to their behaviors and social integration. The flexible hours of work cater to client needs while ensuring impactful interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop tailored strategies for youth rehabilitation
• Supervise community activities and individual goals
• Ensure compliance with court orders and conduct checks
• Provide transport and connect to vital resources
• Foster positive youth relationships through engagement
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in the social sciences or equivalent
• Experience working with high-risk youth
• Proficiency in report writing and communication
• Familiarity with youth support systems and legislation
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
