- You’ll pick and pack medical supplies accurately based on order requirements
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments within the warehouse
- Support inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and stock checks
- Safely operate a pallet jack to move materials throughout the facility
- Follow established health and safety procedures, including proper lifting practices and workplace protocols
- Communicate with team members using phone, email, text, and mobile devices to support daily operations
- Adapt to changing priorities and workflows in a dynamic warehouse setting
- 1+ years of experience in picking, packing, shipping, and receiving within a warehouse environment
- Comfortable lifting up to 40 lbs and remaining on your feet throughout the shift
- Experience operating a pallet jack safely and efficiently
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to follow instructions carefully
- Tech‑savvy with confidence using iPhones or mobile devices for task management and communication
- CSA‑approved steel‑toe shoes are required
- Comfortable working in a laboratory storage environment with a scent‑free workplace policy
