A well-established organization in the healthcare supply industry is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support the daily movement and storage of essential medical supplies. In this role, you’ll be part of a collaborative operations team that plays a critical role in supporting healthcare services across the region. The environment is fast‑paced and team‑oriented, with a strong focus on safety, communication, and continuous support throughout the contract assignment.

Your Responsibilities
You’ll pick and pack medical supplies accurately based on order requirements
Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments within the warehouse
Support inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and stock checks
Safely operate a pallet jack to move materials throughout the facility
Follow established health and safety procedures, including proper lifting practices and workplace protocols
Communicate with team members using phone, email, text, and mobile devices to support daily operations
Adapt to changing priorities and workflows in a dynamic warehouse setting
Skills and Qualifications
1+ years of experience in picking, packing, shipping, and receiving within a warehouse environment
Comfortable lifting up to 40 lbs and remaining on your feet throughout the shift
Experience operating a pallet jack safely and efficiently
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to follow instructions carefully
Tech‑savvy with confidence using iPhones or mobile devices for task management and communication
CSA‑approved steel‑toe shoes are required
Comfortable working in a laboratory storage environment with a scent‑free workplace policy
