Manufacturing Engineer / Process Engineer

Job Description- Main focus is improving the Quality and Process Control in day to day manufacturing
- Hands on utilization and understanding of various problem solving tools
- Advanced Product Quality Planning
- Customer/ Vendor contact
- 8D problem solving methodology
- Continuous improvement plans
- Please DO NOT APPLY unless you hold a BS in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering
- Minimum of 3+ years of progressive Manufacturing / Process Engineering
- A strong background with SMT, Through-hole (THT) Insertion, Paste printing, Wave Soldering, Hand soldering, Assembly, IPC standards, and Statistical techniques.
- Knowledgeable regarding TQM, SPC, Continuous Improvement, Process Control, Cellular Flow, JIT, 5S, and Cycle Time Reduction
- Skilled in the design and execution of process and productivity improvements.
