Responsibilities
  • Protect the public and help make a positive impact on people’s lives.
  • Work various shifts and weekends.
  • Build constructive, positive and professional relationships with offenders.
  • Work as part of a team to keep the prison, offenders and staff safe.
  • Carry out different roles in a day, such as a peacekeeper, counsellor or teacher, in a unique environment.
