Pay: $30.52/hr

Job Summary
We are hiring a Maintenance Technician for a client operating a manufacturing facility in Suwanee, GA. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing complex electrical and mechanical systems in a fast-paced industrial environment. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with PLCs, high-voltage systems, and industrial automation.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems including low and high voltage, sensors, vision inspection systems, and distributed control systems
- Troubleshoot electrical issues using schematics, multimeters, and other precision measuring instruments
- Repair and maintain PLCs and AutoCAD drawings
- Conduct calibration of sensors and instrumentation to meet manufacturing specifications
- Diagnose and repair mechanical issues related to hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical components
- Install new electrical components and upgrade existing systems in accordance with safety standards
- Assist with field service operations including on-site troubleshooting at customer facilities
- Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
- Maintain detailed documentation of maintenance activities and system modifications
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations for high and low voltage environments
- Extensive hands-on experience with industrial electrical systems including wiring, troubleshooting, and system upgrades
- Experience with PLCs, distributed control systems (DCS), and SCADA systems
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
- Experience working safely with high voltage (HV) and low voltage (LV) systems
- Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical maintenance in a manufacturing setting
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols
- Experience with CNC machinery, AutoCAD, and vision inspection systems
- Familiarity with calibration techniques and precision measuring instruments
- Field service experience in industrial or manufacturing environments
- Background in military or similarly disciplined work environments
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams
