Customer Service Representative
Job description:
1.Handle inbound emails from customers and answer their questions
2.Answer customer service inquiries about products and policies in a timely and professional manner
3. Work with the Chinese team to check order progress and negotiate order details with the production team
4. Follow up with returns and quality issue
Desired Skill and Experience
1.Fluency in English with excellent speaking and writing skills
2.Detail oriented and ability to work under pressure
3.Works well in a team environment
4. Customer service experience preferred
5.Willing to live in Suzhou for more than a year
Position Requirements
Bachelor,   Less than 1 Year work experience
Knowledge of MS applications
Customer Service skills
Has a Bachelor degree
