Salary and Working Hours

£450 - £500 per day
Full/Part time hours available, 3-5 days a week (negotiable)
Hybrid working
Interim Contract – minimum 6-12 months

Sellick Partnership Ltd is supporting a public sector organisation based in South Wales with the recruitment of an Asset Manager to help assist with the implementation of MRI's Housing Asset Management system.

• Be responsible for overseeing and managing housing asset management projects, with a specific focus on utilising MRI software for property management
• Manage the full project implementation
• Support and advise current members of staff on the future use of the MRI system
• Manage multiple deliverables simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Coordinate with various stakeholders of the business

• Extensive knowledge and experience with MRI's Housing Asset Management system
• Previously worked within social housing
