S&P is a leading company in the field of building reinforcement and offers system solutions for retrofitting existing structures made of reinforced concrete, steel, masonry, wood and asphalt surfaces such as roads and airport taxiways.
To strengthen our successful and dynamic team we are looking for the next possible date at one of our European locations a
European Product Manager FRP and Special Application Systems Your tasks- You will be responsible for the management of defined product areas
- You will take over strategic product planning, conduct market analyses, define market needs and develop long-term strategies
- You are the interface function to the adjacent departments (e.g. product development, sales, customers)
- As a product manager, you are responsible for new product launches on the European market
- You observe and analyze the relevant market and competitive situation (innovations, trends, market shares, price structure, product portfolio, etc.)
- You have completed your studies (diploma/master/bachelor) in civil engineering / product management or equivalent.
- You have professional experience in product management and/or experience with technical construction products in general, and you have an understanding of engineering principles and willingness to learn. Experience with FRP and/or structural reinforcements is of great advantage.
- You have very good collaboration and communication skills.
- You master your tasks with a high level of personal commitment and have an independent, solution- and result-oriented way of working.
- You have business intelligence (understanding key financial figures), and the IT skills (Excel, SAP…) round up your profile.
- Very good English skills in written and spoken are required. Any other language is an advantage.
- Willingness and availability for occasional business travel.
