Senior Sales Account - Mission Reporting
Swiss HR Tech Factory, part of an international group specialized in software and innovative solutions within the HR Tech landscape, seeks a Senior Sales Account to report directly to the Sales Director and drive the development of the Swiss market, focusing on staffing and search & selection.
Responsibilities- Drive new business growth by identifying and acquiring new clients within the assigned territory.
- Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients in selecting the most effective and value-driven solutions.
- Build and nurture long‑term relationships with clients, working closely with the Client Success team to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain and manage the CRM, ensuring accurate and up‑to‑date data.
- Lead commercial negotiations and successfully close deals.
- Advise clients on the most suitable solutions based on their specific needs.
- Curious, driven, and proactive sales professional with a strong hunter mindset.
- Proven experience in selling software, digital solutions, or HR‑related consulting services.
- Strong market knowledge and hands‑on experience working with staffing and search & selection companies, particularly across German‑speaking and French‑speaking regions of Switzerland.
- Existing active client portfolio or a strong and well‑established professional network within the target market.
- Fluency in German, English, and Italian; good knowledge of French is a plus.
- Availability to travel for business or relocate within Switzerland to support market development and client growth.

Location can be anywhere in Switzerland or as a frontier worker. The role is primarily home‑based, combined with regular client visits and monthly presence at the company’s offices.
