• Weekday and weekend opportunities available

• Provide direct nursing care according to physician orders and care plans
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Monitor residents and report changes in condition promptly
  
  Document care clearly and timely
• Work collaboratively with CNAs, providers, and the interdisciplinary team
• Help maintain a safe, respectful, resident‑centered environment

• Active RN or LPN license
• Skilled nursing / long‑term care experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and dependable attendance
• Ability to work independently and adapt quickly
• Team‑oriented mindset and professionalism
