Responsibilities
- Lead the establishment and management of overseas regional/country administrative teams to ensure efficient and orderly operations.
- Develop and improve overseas administrative management systems and process standards to ensure smooth execution of all tasks.
- Plan, build, and manage the company's overseas administrative work platform, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
- Oversee overseas office space planning, site selection, leasing, construction, service operations (including office supplies procurement, environment, catering, transportation, accommodation, asset management), and security management, and be accountable for delivery results.
- Collaborate with business and functional teams to support other administrative tasks.
- Build overseas regional administrative platforms, including regional administrative supplier resources, travel suppliers, and reception suppliers.
- Manage overseas administrative services, including office space services, travel services, and accommodation services.
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- At least 5 years of administrative work experience, including a minimum of 2 years of overseas administrative experience.
- Extensive experience in office operations and maintenance.
- Excellent project management and cross-team coordination skills, with the ability to independently drive and complete complex tasks.
- Strong customer service mindset, outstanding communication and execution skills.
- Excellent English reading, speaking, and listening comprehension; ability to use English as a working language.
- Professional competence: solid administrative knowledge and problem-solving skills; hands-on experience from grassroots level with management experience.
- Coordination skills: ability to liaise with surrounding departments to coordinate and resolve issues.
- Resilience: willing to work overtime and travel, able to work under pressure.
