• Provide crowd control, security, and ensure protection of patrons, stage, and band members during all events, including setup and clean‑up.
• Maintain and respond effectively to any safety or crowd‑control incident.
• Assist with band load‑ins and load‑outs and take tickets from patrons for entry to the property.
• Work in a customer service capacity for catered and other special events.
• Perform physical work requiring mental agility and multitasking in a fast‑paced, deadline‑oriented environment.
• Work well independently and as part of a team.

• Obtain and maintain current related certification as necessary.
• Previous related experience.
• Customer service experience.
• Flexible schedule—including swing shift, days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.

• Class 12.
• Security Certificate.

Wage: $18.00 - $24.80 hourly
