Job Description

:Manage office supplies stock and place ordersPrepare regular reports on expenses and office budgetsMaintain and updte company databasesOrganize a filing system for important and confidential company documentsAnswer queries by employees and clientsUpdate office policies as neededMaintain a company calendar and schedule appointmentsBook meeting rooms as requiredDistribute and store correspondence(e.g. letters, emails and packages)Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data as assignedArrange travel and accommodationsSchedule in-house and external eventsProcess permit for the company and employeesQualification:Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.Required language(s): English, FilipinoAt least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Required Skill(s): AdminPreferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrative or similar roleSolid knowledge of office proceduresExperience with office management software like MS Office ( MS Excel and MS Word, Specifically)Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitudeExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAttention to detail
