Position:  IT Onsite Engineer (DXC Technology)
• End user support for DXC’s client office in Taipei Tamshui. The support responsibilities include application installation, configuration and troubleshooting of customer’s desktop/laptop, within the response and resolution time in the SLA between customer and DXC.
• Provide daily client support and satisfy customer needs under cost-effective manner for the responsible account. Including keeping the related documents updated.
• Inventory & asset management of the responsible service. (Including updating document).
• Provide daily operation client support for responsible customer and coordinate related activities.
• Basic English communication.
Position Requirements
Bachelor,   1 to 2 Years work experience
• With 2 years of experience in IT/Technical/Helpdesk Support.
• Knowledgeable in hardware, software, network troubleshooting.
• Basic English communication.
Required Language Skills:
  • English - A little
