Responsibilities- Independently evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients across a full spectrum of emergency presentations
- Perform procedures consistent with emergency medicine practice (suturing, splinting, I&D, etc.)
- Collaborate closely with emergency physicians, nurses, and hospital staff to ensure exceptional patient care
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EMR
- Provide compassionate, patient‑centered care in a fast‑paced community emergency department
- Current NP or PA licensure in Alabama (or ability to obtain)
- Minimum 2 years of emergency medicine preferred
- Current ACLS/BLS; PALS certification preferred
- Strong clinical decision‑making and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
