• 15 years of experience as a superintendent, specifically within commercial ground up buildings
• $30MM+ project scope

We are seeking an experienced General Construction Superintendent to lead healthcare and higher ed construction projects. This role requires a superintendent with a proven track record managing new commercial building construction from start to finish, with deep expertise in site development, structural work, and full‑cycle project delivery.

• Oversee all field operations for a ground‑up commercial building, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.
• Manage and coordinate all phases of construction, including:
  Site work and civil activities, foundations and concrete work, structural framing and superstructure, building envelope and interior build‑out.
• Lead daily jobsite activities, subcontractor coordination, and sequencing of work.
• Maintain strict adherence to project plans, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct daily safety meetings, inspections, and enforce company safety protocols.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, architects, and inspectors.
• Track progress, identify issues early, and implement solutions to keep the project on track.
• Ensure high‑quality workmanship throughout all phases of construction.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
