The Project Superintendent will be responsible for supervising commercial construction projects, ensuring quality control, maintaining construction safety standards, and managing project schedules.

The position includes knowledge of commercial construction experience, ability to supervise multiple contractors on projects through excellent communication and leadership strategies, and the ability to meet multiple deadlines and work well in a high‑pressure environment.

• 3 years’ experience in supervising commercial tenant improvement in high rise buildings, preferably in the Tampa Bay area
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings / blueprints accurately
• Ability to pass a drug and alcohol screening and criminal background check
• Demonstrated experience supervising commercial construction projects
• Ability to provide examples of previous projects upon request
• Reliable transportation

• Compensation Range - $80,000 - $110,000 based on experience
