* Job Description:

**** Responsibilities:
** The Recreation Attendant is responsible for providing courteous recreation services to guests and works to maintain the pool and recreation complex and spa facilities.
** Essential duties include, but are not limited to:
*** Greet all guests entering and leaving the pool area
* Delivers outstanding Guest service while providing high quality nail services in accordance with established company procedures
* Constant walk-through of pool area to ensure it is clean and organized
* Inspects entire pool area; notifying management of any issues that need to be corrected
* Conducts themselves in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, and Seminole Tribe of Florida departmental policies and procedures
* Other duties as assigned

* Qualifications:

*** Must possess exceptional guest service skills
* Must be able to effectively communicate with guests and other team members
* Must possess an outgoing personality, upbeat attitude, and be task oriented
* Must be able to work in various conditions
* Must be fluent in English
** Work Environment:
*** Duties and responsibilities are typically performed on the pool deck near the Casino Floor which is a fast-paced, guest-smoking environment, with constant exposure to general public and excessive noise
* This position requires the employee to stand for prolonged periods of time as well as frequent walking, sometimes stooping, bending and lifting up to a maximum of 30 lbs.
* While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, talk or hear; and taste or smell
* Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
