The Payroll Tax Reporting Specialist will support North America payroll tax operations, focusing on payroll tax filings, reconciliations, reporting accuracy, compliance, and tax payment processing across federal, state, and local jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities- Process payroll tax filings for Canada and support US payroll tax reporting activities.
- Review and reconcile payroll tax balances and vendor reports.
- Support timely tax filings and payments.
- Research and resolve agency notices and tax discrepancies.
- Work with systems such as Smart Compliance.
- Maintain process documentation and procedural updates.
- Collaborate with payroll teams on projects and operational initiatives.
- Payroll tax reporting or payroll operations experience.
- Knowledge of payroll tax reconciliation and compliance.
