Loan Specialist -to Tampa FL

Ledgent Technology, a specialized business line of Roth Staffing, is partnering with a leading national mortgage lender to identify detail‑oriented Home Loan Specialist ready to make an immediate impact. This is an opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, takes pride in accuracy, and knows how to drive loans across the finish line.

• Pay at $22/hour
• Contract-to-hire opportunity with a 3-6 month timeline

• Perform routine data entry and validation tasks
• Initiate third party orders (title, appraisal, hazard, flood cert, credit, etc.)
• Review and validate loan documents
• Handle routine calls, emails and/or chat responses
• Monitor work queues and intervening as needed
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned
• Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization's desired culture and values

• Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Financial Services and, if possible, mortgage industry experience preferred
• General understanding of applicable Federal, State and Local regulations
