Title:
Service Now Developer<
Location:
Tampa, FL (Hybrid)<
Primary Skill - HRSD< <
Minimum 6-8 years of experience of Service Now development and configuration preferably within the HR Scoped application with a SNOW partner<
Experience in systems analysis and programming of software applications<
Experience in managing and implementing successful projects<
Working knowledge of consulting project management techniques methods<
Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements<
Experience with complex integrations preferably between HR Payroll Time and Attendance Workday preferred<
Experience with setting up Virtual agent and configuration changes is a must and knowledge on Integration hub is a plus<
Experience with JavaScript JSON Java and API programming strongly desired<
Experience with SQL No
SQL and Relational Database development desired<
Experience with test driven development agile practices and tools desired<
Knowledge of all phases of system development lifecycle including production support<
Strong analytical skills interpretive and evaluative skills<
Strong organizational skills across multiple threads of work streams<
Outstanding documentation presentation and interpersonal skills<
Creative and resourceful approach to the business and an ability to think and deliver creative value-added solutions to clients<
Must be service oriented team player work independently<
Must be able to work flexible hours including support on release weekend<
Proven analytical data analysis organization and presentation skills<
Demonstrated ability to manage a diverse project portfolio<
Consistently passionate for research ideation and exploration with understanding of business analysis procedures and concepts Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication Proven ability to work independently and in a team with understanding of how collaboration accomplishes objectives Any of this below mentioned certification is required.
