• Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in inspecting and testing of product assemblies throughout various stages of the manufacturing process.
• Ensure quality records and documentation maintained.
• Applies knowledge of quality assurance standards and procedures.
• Reviews quality assurance instructions, assembly specifications and production schedules and implements as applicable.
• Ensures compliance to required standards, specifications and customer requirements.
• Establishes and maintains consistent inspection practices.
• Initiate corrective actions and leads cross‑functional discussions based in nonconformities. This includes determining root cause and corrective actions.
• Determine method of conducting inspections and tests, sequence of operations.
• Review all inspections and material testing performed by QI and third parties.
• Ensure effectiveness of the quality management system.
• Ensuring the quality policy and quality objectives compatible with the strategic direction and the context of the organization.
• Ensuring that the quality management system achieves its intended results.
• Evaluates workload based on daily activities.
• Conducts internal and external audits.
• Prepare interdepartmental procedures in support of API and ISO certification.
• Direct, plan, prepare and review control plans, process flows and QITPs.
• Ensuring QA teams and employees improve the organization’s accuracy, efficiency and profitability.
• Any other duties deemed fit by Head of Department.

• High school graduate with 8 years experience or bachelor degree with 5 years experience in QA QC Dept.
• Understanding API & ISO standard.
• Have experience to hold internal & external audit.
• Have good managerial and analytical skills.
• Willing to work on Saturday, located in Cipondoh Tangerang.

• Operate and monitor NDT tools and equipment.
• Determines specifications by reading blueprints (drawings) and other documents.
• Perform routine maintenance of the tools and equipment.
• Operating safety working equipment and applying safety practices at work while performing duties.
• Complete NDT Report after performing NDT Test.
• Verify NDT services are performed in accordance with applicable safety and environmental procedures, rules and regulations at work sites.
• Deliver the NDT scope of an assigned project.
• Provide technical input and quantity estimates for NDT methods, equipment and consumables required for project preparations and production.
• Hold supply of NC products of supplier.
• Carry out audits and inspections.
• Oversee correct identification for all parts and components used in the production process.
• Approve finished products by confirming specifications; conduct visual and measurement tests; return products for rework; confirm re‑work.

• High school graduate with 8 years experience or bachelor degree with 5 years experience in QA QC Dept.
• Understanding API & ISO standard.
• Have experience to hold internal & external audit.
• Have good managerial and analytical skills.
• Willing to work on Saturday, located in Cipondoh Tangerang.

• Candidate must possess at least SMU, Diploma in any field.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required skills:
  
  Communications, English, Computer.

• Able to work under minimal supervision.
• Staying around Jakarta Barat preferable.
• Have a good character and spirit of work.

• Achieve sales target.
• Prepare all tenders and proposals.
• Record all logs for tenders and proposals.
• Update and monitor the Sales and Marketing Monitoring Board.
• Coordinate and collate all monthly tender reports.
• Make quotations and submit to client.
• Maintain and update customer databases.
• Monitor competitor activity in sales and marketing.
• Any other duties deemed fit by Head of Department.
• Exclude commission.
