Pelamar diharapkan memiliki pendidikan minimal D3/S1 di bidang Teknik, Manajemen, atau Lingkungan, serta pemahaman dan pengalaman dalam QMS, 5S, ISO 9001, dan ISO 14001. Kemampuan komunikasi dan analisis yang baik sangat diprioritaskan.
