Position:  B2B INSIDE SALES MANAGER
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

 Identify sales opportunities in an assigned region and develop strategies to gain market share.
 Prospect for and target customers developing repeat business through relationship selling.
 Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients to meet and exceed sales quotas
 Actively monitor sales funnel with strategies for keeping pipeline full.
 Prepare action plans and schedules to meet specific monthly targets.
 Maintain and follow up on new leads and referrals.
 Develop solution selling strategies.
 Prepare presentations, proposals, sales quotes and sales orders.
 Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively.
 Customer Follow-up on quotations and sales orders.
 Ability to learn technical components of product line.
 Ability to work well independently.
 Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
 Identify and resolve client concerns.
Position Requirements
College,   3 to 4 Years work experience
Job Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications

 Knowledge in renewable energy preferred
 Knowledge in strategic selling principals and key account management
 Experience in sales or account management
 Strong organization and communication skills required
 Strong business sense and ability to make recommendations that support corporate growth.
 Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy required
 Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Customer Relations Management programs and ERP systems
 Proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal
 Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
 Strong communication skills
 Exceptional verbal, written and telephone skills supported by strong interpersonal skills
 Ability to work within a team structure.
