Position SummaryIn your role as a Photo Process Technician you’ll be responsible for performing functions associated with all manufacturing and/or system operations, such as working with engineers and manufacturing in set‑up and calibration tasks, system support, preventative maintenance, failure analysis, documenting/following standard operating procedures, as well as performing rework and quality testing related to the process and production of memory chips and logic.
Uses sophisticated programs to collect and evaluate operating data to conduct in‑line adjustments to products, instruments, equipment, or processes. Determines and may assist in developing methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing process. Requires compliance with all health, safety and environmental management system guidelines.
- Change Point Management (CPM)/System Maintenance:
Following standard operating procedures to ensure equipment/ processes/systems are running effectively. - Troubleshooting:
Conducting failure analysis and follows scripts to troubleshoot and anticipate future failures. - Monitor Equipment/Process:
Monitoring equipment and processes in current state and proactively looks for ways to improve processes. - Teamwork and Communication:
Working in a team environment and effectively communicate throughout organization.
- Associate’s degree or other technical certification.
- Experience as a Photolithography Technologist, medical technologist or four years of equivalent technical experience.
- Experience or training in root cause analysis.
- Familiarity with SPC methods and implementation.
- Familiar with TPM/6S concepts.
- Focused on continuous improvement in a fast‑paced, changing environment.
The current base salary range for this role is between $18.60 - $45.00/hour. Total compensation includes a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs based on performance.
