SV Qualifications:

SV Job Description:
•           Operations liability: business process designing, daily/weekly/monthly reporting, quality control, complaint handling, problem finding,analysis and improvement, resolution.
•           Cultivation and management: Handle Project Orientation, initial training, follow up training, daily catch up and advises, daily feedback for the updated information.
•           Cost Control: Create monthly shift, optimize the best layout to achieve KPI and Profit target.
•           Client communication: Create credibility with the client, manage escalation and reporting.
•           Team development: Able to provide immediate feedback to the team, able to develop talents
•           KPI Management: Able to make sure the team is meeting all the KPIs
•           Report analysis: Able to generate reports and provide analysis on the reports.

WORK SCHEDULE: Amenable for shifting schedule and Restday
