Customer Service Advisor Temp-to-Perm Telford £12.71ph

Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm

We are recruiting for a growing healthcare e-commerce company looking for a compassionate and professional Customer Service Advisor to join their friendly team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands the importance of empathy, patience, and professionalism when supporting customers.

The Role

You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling a high volume of inbound calls and assisting with enquiries relating to orders, payments and general support. You will play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience while ensuring all customer information is handled securely and compliantly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a high number of incoming customer calls daily
  • Providing professional, empathetic and patient customer support
  • Processing card payments over the phone in line with GDPR and compliance procedures
  • Updating and maintaining accurate customer records using CRM systems
  • Resolving customer queries efficiently and professionally
  • Liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth customer journeys
  • Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information appropriately

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • A calm, mature, and empathetic approach
  • Strong patience and problem-solving abilities
  • Previous customer service or call handling experience preferred
  • Confidence using CRM systems and general computer software
  • Understanding of GDPR and data protection principles
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
