Business Systems/ Tech Analyst, Data Science Manager

We are seeking a Lending Strategy Director to lead the strategy, build out, and optimize our direct and indirect lending platforms. This role is responsible for translating complex lending data into actionable insights, shaping credit and originations strategy, and driving profitable growth across the business.
Key Responsibilities- Lead strategic analysis to optimize lending originations performance, segmentation, and profitability.
- Define and track key metrics to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
- Advise senior leadership on portfolio performance and strategic direction.
- Develop strategies supporting Direct and Indirect lending channels.
- Partner with Credit, Sales, and Funding teams to improve outcomes.
- Oversee reporting, dashboards, and executive-level insights.
- Design automated reporting and analytics solutions.
- Extract and analyze data using SQL and related tools.
- Monitor KPI/KRIs to ensure effective risk management.

- 7+ years in risk management, analytics, finance, or product strategy.
- Strong quantitative experience solving business problems.
- Auto lending experience preferred.
- Experience with lending systems and data warehouses.
- Experience building KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks.
- SQL required;
Python or R preferred. - Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field required.
