Position: Nurse Practitioner (Flexible Outpatient Workweek | New Grads Welcome | No Nights or Weekends)

A non‑profit outpatient primary care practice in Kingman, Arizona is hiring a Family Nurse Practitioner at $138,000–$140,000 base plus RVU productivity bonus – a compensation package that competes with positions requiring years of experience, paired with a 4‑day, 10‑hour shift schedule that means every weekend is a three‑day weekend, every week.

You’ll deliver comprehensive, relationship‑based primary care across the lifespan – health promotion, chronic disease management, preventive care – within a multidisciplinary team that invests in its providers through ongoing development, modern resources, and a collaborative culture built around community health impact. Kingman’s mountain ranges, nearby lakes, outdoor recreation, and mild year‑round climate make it one of the most livable communities in northwest Arizona for providers ready to build something lasting.
