Job Description
We are immediately hiring a Senior Logistics Manager to join our Ryder team.
Compensation and BenefitsSalary: $95,000 – $100,000 per year plus benefits, PTO, and an annual bonus up to 10% of salary.
Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. (based on business needs).
Travel:
Expected 40–50% of time.

- Interface directly with customers to resolve issues and maintain satisfaction.
- Strategic operational planning and execution for the operation.
- Identify and solve operational issues through continuous improvement and LEAN initiatives.
- Hire, supervise, develop, and manage performance for employees.
- Maintain open communication within work groups and across the organization.
- Manage profit and loss statements as appropriate.
- Lead a proactive safety program and enforce safety policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Ability to manage profit & loss statements, if required.

- Detail oriented with excellent follow‑up practices.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain (preferred).
- Master’s degree in Business, Logistics, Transportation, or related field (preferred).
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse operations.
- At least 5 years of managing, leading, and developing direct reports.
- Preferred: 3+ years of profit & loss responsibility.
- Preferred: 1+ year of customer interaction.
