Chef d'Équipe H/F### Le profil recherchéFormation et expérience - Bac +2/3 en gestion de production, management industriel ou équivalent. - Expérience confirmée (5 ans minimum) en management intermédiaire dans un environnement industriel avec des standards qualité élevés (pharmaceutique, cosmétique, agroalimentaire, etc.).
Compétences techniques - Maîtrise des systèmes de gestion de production et des indicateurs de performance. - Aptitude à utiliser des outils numériques liés à la gestion industrielle (ERP, tableurs avancés).
