Job Description- 1st shift - Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm

The Pallet Repair Operator is responsible for the full assembly of pallets in a service center, using a pneumatic nail gun to repair all components. This individual places a pallet on the repair table, removes defective boards, replaces new boards, and nails the replaced boards into place. In an assembly department, the operator takes stock boards and nails together based on the type of pallet desired and is responsible for troubleshooting jams and basic maintenance of the saw.
Major/Key AccountabilitiesPallet Repair
- Follow repair guidelines to execute the full repair of all components of a pallet, including but not limited to removal and replacement of defective boards.
- Strive to meet daily production targets.
- Conduct visual inspections to identify any defects or irregularities in pallet construction.
- Ensure adherence to repair guidelines and quality standards throughout the process.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while operating machinery.
- Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment daily.
- Report any safety hazards or concerns to supervisors immediately.
- Familiarity with the operation and maintenance of production tools such as a pneumatic nail gun or other relevant tools and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Lift and carry 78 lbs at least 63% of work shift.
- Push items with a maximum force of 34 lbs./feet.

- Personal protective equipment (PPE) required.
- 2+ years previous experience working in an industrial, fast‑moving setting with industrial machinery (preferred, not required).
