Leads daily operations, oversees team performance, and ensures work is completed safely, accurately, and efficiently. Provides direct support to employees, promotes a positive work environment, and ensures compliance with company policies and procedures.

2nd Shift: 3:00PM – 1:30AM, Monday–Thursday; may require overtime on Fridays.

• Supervise daily team activities to ensure workflow efficiency and achieve production or service goals.
• Assign, monitor, and review work to maintain quality standards.
• Train, coach, and develop employees to support skill growth and successful performance.
• Provide regular feedback, conduct performance discussions, and support corrective action when needed.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment and ensure adherence to safety policies and procedures.
• Resolve operational issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Track attendance, approve timecards, and support scheduling needs.
• Prepare and submit reports as required, including productivity, quality, and performance metrics.
• Promote teamwork, strong communication, and a positive work culture.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Prior supervisory or team lead experience strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to motivate and support a diverse team.
• Proficient in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, time‑keeping systems, etc.).
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and willingness to enforce them.

• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to (X) lbs as required by the department.
• Ability to work in varying environmental conditions depending on the work area.

Full‑time; schedule may vary based on business needs. Occasional overtime may be required.
