Position Overview:
Responsible for overseeing the quality assurance and quality control processes at NOG-J (HPDU). This role involves developing, implementing, and maintaining quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. The role will work closely with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement, ensuring that products and services meet customer expectations and regulatory requirements.

Your Day to Day as a Manager - Quality:
* Develops, implements, and maintains the quality management system (QMS) in accordance with industry standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO, FDA).
* Ensures that quality policies, procedures, and standards are effectively communicated and adhered to throughout the organization.
* Oversees quality assurance activities to ensure that products meet specified quality standards before release.
* Oversees quality activities in the Chemistry Laboratory and work to develop the appropriate capabilities within the Laboratory.
* Conducts regular inspections, audits, and assessments to evaluate compliance with quality standards and practices.
* Identifies areas for quality improvement and implements corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to mitigate issues.
* Collaborates with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency while maintaining quality standards.
* Develops and delivers quality training programs for employees to enhance their understanding of quality processes and standards.
* Provides ongoing support and guidance to staff regarding quality-related issues.
* Analyzes quality data and metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
* Prepares and presents regular reports on quality performance, issues, and improvements to senior management.
* Ensures compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and industry standards through regular audits and assessments.
* Serves as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies and manages communications during inspections.
* Engages with customers to understand their quality expectations and feedback.
* Addresses customer complaints and implements corrective actions to enhance customer satisfaction.
* Works closely with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to ensure that quality is integrated into all stages of product development and delivery.
* Acts as a quality advocate, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
