Position: Entry Level Geotechnical Engineering Role WSP
Launch your engineering career as an Entry Level Geotechnical Engineer-in-Training with WSP. Assist in field investigations and design solutions that ensure community safety and sustainability.
WSP is looking for a motivated Junior Geotechnical Engineer-in-Training to support geotechnical field investigations and contribute to engineering design for transportation, municipal, and environmental projects.

Your role will include working with data to inform practical design recommendations while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing geotechnical fieldwork

• Analyze information on soil, rock, and groundwater

• Develop geotechnical solutions for foundations and earthworks

• Create technical reports that guide client decisions

• Engage in project meetings to discuss challenges and solutions
Requirements:

• Degree in civil, geological, or geotechnical engineering

• Eligible as an Engineer-in-Training in Canada

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Hands-on geotechnical experience through co-ops or internships

• Willing to travel and work in diverse field conditions
