Active Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. Only U.S. citizens are eligible for this clearance.

• Develop test hardware, software, and/or firmware from requirements definition through deployment at manufacturing or customer facilities, addressing multiple disciplines (Power, RF, Analog, Digital).
• Identify test readiness issues and optimization opportunities throughout the development lifecycle.
• Ensure project budget, schedule, and performance commitments are met.
• Guide mechanical engineering and/or suppliers through test adapter design activities with moderate senior engineer support.
• Work autonomously or within a team, presenting work at project status meetings.
• Support manufacturing operations, including on-site troubleshooting and debugging.
• Engage in personal technical growth and contributions to engineering documentation and configuration management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of relevant engineering experience.
• Experience in electrical engineering design and/or software automation.
• Comfortable with Electrical, Software, Hardware, Mechanical, and multi‑discipline engineering activities.
• Knowledge of National Instruments’ Test Stand, Lab Windows/CVI, and/or LabVIEW is preferred.
• Experience with digital, analog, RF, and/or power supply test hardware and/or software design.
• Familiarity with commercial test and measurement equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, network analyzers, power supplies, etc.) and their routine automation.
• Ability to obtain and maintain an Interim Secret U.S. government issued security clearance.
• U.S. citizenship is required.
